Below is some important information for managing group bookings:
Check in:
– based on the provisions of Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S. and by the D.M. 07.01.2013, all guests, with particular attention to minors, must have a valid ID, Pass Port or CI (only Schengen countrys)
Rooming list:
- it is essential to receive the list of rooms within 3 days of check-in
In the list include:
– Guests with food allergies or food intolerances
– Guests with special diets (vegetarians, vegans, Muslims, etc.)
Changes to menus and services, without notice, will incur an additional cost
Special provisions:
– The hotel is entirely NON-SMOKING
– Pet not allowed
– It is not allowed to bring food / drinks from outside
– The use of stoves or food warmers of any kind in the rooms is not permitted
– it is mandatory to respect the quiet, with particular attention from 11.00 pm to 8.00 am
– with reference to current legislation, it is forbidden to supply alcoholic beverages to minors
– minors must be accompanied by at least one parent, legal guardian or, in the case of students, a teacher or representative of the Institute.
– Deposit a security deposit of €100 may be required for each room booked. (for students the deposit is 100.00 euros per person) by credit card, the group is held jointly and severally liable
-Dirty shoes are not permitted in the hotel. We kindly ask guests to change their shoes before entering the hotel and to be careful not to soil the rooms and common areas.
– Failure to comply with the above provisions may result in the cancellation of the reservation and any other obligations assumed by the hotel

final booking confirmation by the release date:
bank transfer, or credit card, 35% total amount of reservation, per room, not refundable
Reservation balance:
credit card
or bank transfer, at least 7 working days before check-in
The customer is aware that compliance with the payment terms of the reservation is an essential condition for using the services covered by the reservation.
Terms of free cancellation/modifing:
up to 2 rooms: 3 days
3 to 5 rooms: 7 days
6 to 10 rooms: 20 days
11 to 15 rooms: 60 days
more than15 rooms: release date
free cancellation/modifying cannot be combined
Cancellation/modifing terms for high season periods may vary and will be communicated promptly.
